Velux window installation
If an upstairs room or loft needs more light, a Velux roof window may be the answer. We supply and install Velux windows in a wide range of styles and sizes across Exeter, Chudleigh and Newton Abbot, either on their own or as part of a re-roof or loft job.

Solar panel installation and maintenance
We're experienced solar panel installers. We can quote to supply and fit solar panels, give you free advice on the best manufacturers, and maintain existing panels.
Because we're roofers first, we make sure the roof under the panels is sound before they go on, and that every fixing through the roof is properly weathered.
Asbestos roof removal
Many older garages, outbuildings and sheds have roofs made from asbestos cement sheets. Left alone and in good condition they're usually low risk, but they shouldn't be broken up, drilled or removed by anyone who isn't trained to do it.
Ayre Roofing are licensed for the handling and removal of asbestos-containing roofing products. We can remove an old asbestos roof and replace it with a new roof, such as an EPDM flat roof or new sheeting.
