• Flat Roof replacement

Undertook work as advised late 2023/early 2024 and right from the start Chris was proactive in keeping me up to speed with progress and requesting instruction when the inevitable snag was encountered. Site was left clean and tidy despite it being a fairly messy job! It's been 6 months now and no sign of any further leaks from the roof so I'm very happy with the outcome.

Many thanks to Chris and his gang - would definitely recommend.

• “We couldn’t recommend Chris Ayre and his team more highly. Throughout the process he was in constant communication with us and resolved any issues that arose swiftly and with a smile. Chris’ team were delightful to have around for the duration of the work and were thoroughly professional and friendly the entire time. Most importantly, we are thrilled with the quality of the finished work and our new roof is holding up perfectly this winter. Thank you, Chris and crew, you were brilliant!”

• What a pleasure to work with!

Professional from beginning to end, came up with ideas to save money and make the job look better. Turned up on time and despite battling through the recent storms only took a few extra days to finish the job.

Why can't all tradesmen be like this?

Would happily use Chris again and no hesitation in recommending him

• Very honest, pro-active and accommodating. Chris and his team communicated throughout the project and got on with the job. Work was carried out professionally, on time and for the quoted price. Would hire again.

• Very happy with my new garage roof. Everything was left very tidy.

• Chris responded quickly and was able to do the job in a short time frame. Price was competitive. He kept me updated during the work and to any issues. The work was completed on time and to a good standard.

• Chris was very helpful in diagnosing the exact problem and then suggesting an alternative, cheaper, but equally good remedy to the problem. After a hiccup with the scaffolding (provided by another firm) the job was completed on time with no fuss and no residual mess. I have no hesitation in recommending Ayre Roofing contractors

• Chris's assessment of the job required made absolute sense as soon as he explained it. He started work the week after we accepted his quote, which was fantastic. Chris finished the job in a few days and stayed on to do extra work. He is quick to return texts, calls and emails and happy to answer any questions you have. We are very happy with his work and very happy to recommend Chris.

  Thanks Chris!
