Asbestos roof removal
Many older garages, outbuildings and sheds have roofs made from asbestos cement sheets. Left alone and in good condition they're usually low risk, but they shouldn't be broken up, drilled or removed by anyone who isn't trained to do it.
Ayre Roofing are licensed for the handling and removal of asbestos-containing roofing products. We can remove an old asbestos roof and replace it with a new roof, such as an EPDM flat roof or new sheeting.

Is my old garage roof asbestos?
Many corrugated cement roofs on garages built before 2000 contain asbestos. Don't drill or break it. We can take a look and advise.
Can you replace an asbestos garage roof?
Yes. We remove the old sheets and fit a new roof, often EPDM rubber or new sheeting.
Do you check the roof before fitting solar panels?
Yes. There's no point putting panels on a roof that will need work in a few years. We check it first and tell you.
